We were very pleased with the work that James did for us. He responded very quickly to our first contact and the subsequent work was carried out to a very high standard. Some of the original plumbing in our apartment was difficult to access but he was able to sort out all of the problems that this presented. He installed a new toilet, made another one work properly, replaced some worn out taps, fixed a leaking pipe, serviced the hot water cylinder. Everything about his work was absolutely top class. He discussed options with us and kept us well informed. We have employed many plumbers over the years and James has been by a large margin the best. We recommend him wholeheartedly.
